Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to the Damon Salvatore AI video generation service (the “Service”), operated by tushenmei, an individual operator based in China. For privacy questions, contact support@damonsalvatoreaivideo.app.

1. Information we collect

• Account and contact information: registration email, any name or avatar you provide, sign-in method, account identifiers, and support correspondence. For third-party sign-in, we receive details shared with your authorization.
• Photos and generated content: uploaded photos, generation task details, generated videos, and feedback you submit. Photos may contain facial or other sensitive personal information. Upload only your own photo or one for which you have the subject's express permission.
• Transactions and credits: pack, amount, currency, order status, payment provider transaction identifiers, credit balance, and usage history. The payment provider shown at checkout handles full card numbers and security codes; we do not store them on our servers.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device details, page visits, feature activity, error and security logs, and information from cookies or similar technologies.

2. How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, moderate photos, generate and deliver videos, save your work, process payments and credits, provide support, fix errors, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Processing account, photo, task, and transaction data is necessary to provide the Service you request; necessary logs protect it. We seek consent where applicable law requires it. You may choose not to upload a photo, but then cannot generate a video.

We do not use your photos or inputs to train our own AI models. Third-party model providers process received data under their own terms and privacy policies. AI output may be inaccurate; review it before sharing.

3. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in, session security, and language preferences. We use Google Analytics to understand page and feature use and Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions. They load only after you accept non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer or clear cookies in your browser. These providers handle device and visit data under their own policies.

4. Sharing and international transfers

To provide the Service, uploaded photos go to SeeAPI for image moderation and processing by its Wan video model. Before generation, the fixed video prompt is checked by Waffo Pancake for content safety; Waffo also processes payments. We store our files in Cloudflare R2. Generated videos are accessible through your library. We may also disclose necessary information to comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect users and the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

These providers may be outside your country or region. Where data crosses borders, we take measures required by applicable law and limit transfers to what the Service needs.

5. Retention, security, and deletion

Our retention periods for data we control are:

You can delete a completed task in “My videos”; this removes the corresponding video stored by us and marks the task as deleted. To request deletion of an account or photo, email us. We will verify your identity and tell you the outcome. These periods cover only copies we control. SeeAPI's data-handling guide currently says its stored inputs, outputs, and task information have no scheduled automatic expiry. We cannot promise that SeeAPI's copies are deleted within 7 days. If you request deletion of third-party copies, we will ask SeeAPI and report the outcome. Backups and copies held by other providers may follow different periods.

We use HTTPS, access controls, and other safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. If an incident requires notice, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by law.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or object to certain processing. Send requests from your registered email to support@damonsalvatoreaivideo.app. We may need to verify your identity. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent some features from working. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

7. Children, other services, and changes

The Service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer it to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. External links and third-party sign-in and payment services have their own privacy policies.

We may update this Policy. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the Service or by email and update the date on this page.
